If you’re wondering how the SPA protocole looks during the pandemic, here we come with explanations!
- Please book online. We’ll be able to get prepared for your visit. We try to avoid personal bookings at the desk.
- Bring your respiration mask on. (obvious)
- As you arrive, we check the fever, sorry. We put the info into your survey
- Please desinfect your hands. You’re lead to the room.
- You fill the survey in the room (that is your declaration about your health conditio and the contacts you have had). The survey is required at each visit as your cnditions might have changed. Your true declaration is important for us as will let us provide us all the safety.
- You prepare for the treatment. Please, put your personal belongings together in one place. Leave all the flat areas free. Don’t leave anything in the reception or other common areas, we’re avoiding the contact of the Clients’ stuff and clothes. If you have chosen massage for your treatment, you’ll be asked to take a shower before it starts.
- After the treatments is done, please move on to the reception directly. Please use the card as the payment method.
- We’re so so sorry we can’t get you any coffee or tea, but please remember that just as it will be possible, we’ll bring it back, we’d love to hear the cracking cookies sound J
- As we’re doing our best not to let Customers meet eachother, we’d like to ask you to make it stay as short as possible in the common areas. Please respect our efforts of the safety building and helpu s making it together!
- During your stay:
- please do not use the cel phone
- use the desinfection a few time
- restrict the contact of your personal belongings and your body with any surfaces
- let us know if you have any allergy that would look like a flu, that will helpu s estimating the risk
